आप भी जानिये धारा 370 -------------------- जम्मू-कश्मीर के नागरिकों के पास दोहरी नागरिकता होती है । --------------- जम्मू-कश्मीर का राष्ट्रध्वज अलग होता है । ----------------- जम्मू - कश्मीर की विधानसभा का कार्यकाल 6 वर्षों का होता है जबकी भारत के अन्य राज्यों की विधानसभाओं का कार्यकाल 5 वर्ष का होता है । ----------------- जम्मू-कश्मीर के अन्दर भारत के राष्ट्रध्वज या राष्ट्रीय प्रतीकों का अपमान अपराध नहीं होता है । ---------------- भारत के उच्चतम न्यायलय के आदेश जम्मू - कश्मीर के अन्दर मान्य नहीं होते हैं । ---------------------- भारत की संसद को जम्मू - कश्मीर के सम्बन्ध में अत्यंत सीमित क्षेत्र में कानून बना सकती है । ---------------------- जम्मू कश्मीर की कोई महिला यदि भारत के किसी अन्य राज्य के व्यक्ति से विवाह कर ले तो उस महिला की नागरिकता समाप्त हो जायेगी । इसके विपरीत यदि वह पकिस्तान के किसी व्यक्ति से विवाह कर ले तो उसे भी जम्मू - कश्मीर की नागरिकता मिल जायेगी । ------------- और ---------------------- धारा 370 की वजह से कश्मीर में RTI लागु नहीं है । RT
